Evening sangha meets for a 20-minute meditation, a dharma talk, and group discussion rooted in Thich Nhat Hanh, Ramana Maharshi, and Gangaji teachings. BIPOC voices are welcomed and all levels are beginner friendly.

Daily silent sits Monday–Friday welcome new and experienced meditators, with cushions and seating provided and a shoe free practice area; drop in anytime during the session, offered on a dana (donation) basis.
